Hyderabad, October 16: Jharkhand Academic Council has announced results of Teachers Eligibility Test 2011 results. TET 2011 was held in the month of July and results were announced today. At least over a lakh candidates, who have completed B.Ed and D.Ed have attended the TET 2011 test, which is mandatory for getting in to teaching profession in the state.
Hyderabad, October 15: The first day of APPSC Group – 2 test went smoothly, though there were petty incidents reported in parts of Telangana. The candidates who have appeared for General Studies on the day one will get the initial key by Monday. As per the students feed back, practice papers provided by Sakshi education and Eenadu Pratibha highly helped the students to score some questions. The students are expecting initial key at both websites shortly. Meanwhile, APPSC also expected to host the key by Monday. The final key may be comprising of Paper-II and Paper-II which will held on Sunday in two secessions.

Hyderabad, October: As the Andhra Pradesh Government has pledged to provide 15 lakh jobs by 2015 and one lakh jobs by December 2011, there was enormous interested generated among un employed youth in the state. The Chief Minister of AP, N. Krian Kumar Reddy took this program as a challenge and finding all the available way to achieve the target. The jobs, that promised was comprising of private and government sectors covering skilled workforce and other technical jobs including IT and ITES. According the official website of Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu (RYK) scheme, this program is part of the Rajiv Education and Employment Mission (REEM).

Hyderabad, October 6: Gudaas Savankumar, a final year student of M.Tech (Artificial Intelligence) was successful in getting a job offer of Rs.35 lakhs through an on-campus placement. It is the highest salary package ever offered to a student of the University of Hyderabad as on date. Mr. Savankumar has got placed in the R & D department in “Works Application Co. Ltd, Japan.” The company is a market leader in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and was recently awarded the ‘Best Place to Work’, beating Google.
Savankumar will undergo four months of rigorous training at the head office in Tokyo before being moved either to Singapore or will be at Tokyo. Savankumar gives credit to his teachers and faculty of his department for helping him improve his overall performance in academics and in the interview.
